About these terms

These terms apply when you access or use the Reel Demand website. Reel Demand is an Irish video advertising and marketing business.

By using the website, you agree to follow these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website. These terms do not remove or limit any rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable consumer rights.

02

Using this website

You may use the website for lawful purposes and to learn about Reel Demand or make a genuine business enquiry. You must not:

  • use the website in a way that breaks applicable law or infringes another person’s rights;
  • attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website, its server or connected systems;
  • introduce malware, harmful code or automated traffic that disrupts or places an unreasonable load on the website;
  • misrepresent your identity or submit false, abusive or unlawful material; or
  • copy, scrape or reuse substantial parts of the website for a competing commercial purpose without permission.

We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect the website, users or our legal rights.

03

Website information

The website provides general information about Reel Demand and its intended services. We take reasonable care with the content, but it may be incomplete, out of date or subject to change.

Website content is not legal, financial, tax or other professional advice. Marketing outcomes depend on many factors outside Reel Demand’s control. Nothing on the website is a promise or guarantee of enquiries, sales, revenue, advertising performance or any other result.

Examples, previews or placeholders are identified where appropriate. They must not be treated as evidence of a client relationship or a result unless explicitly stated and supported.

04

Enquiries and services

Sending an email, requesting a call or discussing a project does not oblige either party to proceed and does not by itself create a contract.

If Reel Demand agrees to provide paid services, the scope, deliverables, fees, payment schedule, approvals, licences, cancellation arrangements and other project terms will be set out in a separate written proposal, order form or service agreement. That specific agreement will govern the service and will take priority if it conflicts with these website terms.

No price, availability or service description on this website is a binding offer. We may accept or decline an enquiry and will only confirm work in writing.

For consumers: Nothing in these website terms limits mandatory rights under Irish or EU consumer law. Any consumer-facing service terms must be provided clearly before a binding purchase is made.

05

Intellectual property

Unless stated otherwise, Reel Demand or its licensors own the website and its original text, layout, graphics, branding, video, photography and other content. Those materials are protected by intellectual-property laws.

You may view the website and make a reasonable personal or internal-business copy for evaluating Reel Demand’s services. You may not reproduce, publish, adapt, distribute, license, sell or commercially exploit website content without prior written permission, except where law expressly allows it.

Third-party names, marks and content remain the property of their respective owners. No licence to use any trade mark is granted by these terms.

06

Third-party links

The website may link to social platforms, booking tools or other third-party sites. Those services are controlled by their own operators and have their own terms and privacy practices.

A link does not mean Reel Demand endorses every part of the third-party service. We are not responsible for third-party content or availability, but this does not affect any responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded.

07

Availability and security

We aim to keep the website available and secure, but uninterrupted or error-free access cannot be guaranteed. We may suspend, withdraw or change any part of the website for maintenance, security, operational or legal reasons.

You are responsible for using suitable devices, software and security measures when accessing the internet. Please tell us at info@reeldemand.ie if you discover a suspected website security issue.

08

Responsibility and liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Reel Demand is not responsible for losses caused solely by reliance on general website information, by a third-party website, or by events outside our reasonable control.

Where you use the website for business purposes, Reel Demand will not be liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, loss of business, loss of opportunity or loss of anticipated savings arising only from use of the website.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, wilful misconduct, or any other liability or statutory right that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

09

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how Reel Demand handles personal data connected with the website and business enquiries. It forms part of the information you should read when using the website or contacting us.

10

General terms

Changes

We may update these website terms when the website, our business or applicable law changes. The latest version will appear here with its updated date. Changes apply from publication and do not retrospectively alter an existing service contract.

Severability and no waiver

If a court finds part of these terms unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining terms will continue to apply. A delay in enforcing a right does not mean that right has been waived.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by Irish law. The Irish courts will have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory right you have as a consumer to bring or defend proceedings elsewhere. Before starting formal proceedings, please contact us so we can try to resolve the issue directly.
